Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order. To start a return, email frankzhao830@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us before shipping any return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions for our United States warehouse.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Please use a tracked shipping service and retain proof of shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. The customer-paid return shipping rule for change-of-mind returns does not apply to confirmed errors on our part.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

To request an exchange or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
